  • Pobyt nakonec neproběhl !!! Po zaplacení pokoje nastal chaos. Recepční zjistila , že apartmán není volný. A to jsem den předem volala a byla jsem ujištěna, že apartmán je pro mě rezervovaný. Nechala jsem si vrátit peníze . Byla to dost nepříjemná zkušenost. Po náročném dni, jsem doufala v odpočinek v hotelu. Místo toho nás čekala 3 h cesta zpět domů.

  • Milý a ochotný personál, raňajky a parkovanie v cene ubytovania, parkovisko monitorované kamerou

  • Raňajky sú zrejme orientované na väčšinu klientov… personál bol milý a snažil sa extra želania splniť. Toto by mohlo byt komunikované už pri check in. V hoteli bolo všetko počuť. Možno by pomohli dvere, ktoré oddeľujú predsieň od hotelovej izby.

  • Respiratory. Personál to bohužel nemůže změnit. Chyběl nám normální chod podniku. Kdy se to změní, nikdo neví, protože vláda si z nás dělá dobrý den.
